Kia's RV line-up topped the RV segment in the NCSI (National Customer Satisfaction Index) Study carried out in the second quarter of 2006. Developed jointly by the Korea Productivity Center and the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor, NCSI evaluates the level of customer satisfaction by analyzing the expectation level of customers for products and services, as well as awareness, overall satisfaction level, overall dissatisfaction level, and customer loyalty.
