Responsibilities:

Focuses on increasing sales for Branch by booking new targeted Business Segment while maintaining and servicing existing
Provide effective assistance and caries out all duties as per directed by the Regional Managers
Assist in preparing sales and marketing plan for respective branches
Effectively plan and executes sales strategies to meet required target
To prepare weekly and monthly sales reports with full documentation on existing and forecasted activities
To assist and monitoring in vehicle registration, insurance, inspection and other functions with the relevant authorities
To maintain close liaison with department
To coach and guide sales staffs to be productive

To ensure that the retails sales volume of the branches & dealers is in line with the retail target
To ensure a proper product mix for the branches & dealers in his retails sales
To collect sales forecast for each month
To ensure that the branches & dealer is staffed adequately
To review traffic flow to the showroom/prospect management/bookings
To ensure implementation of scientific sales force management including sales men daily sales report
To organize road shows/events to drive traffic to the branches & dealer showrooms
To ensure implementation of Corporate Image, KDEP and related activities
To collect market feedback on competitor
To ensure that product related training for branches & dealers

Responsible for the Daily Sales Functions while ensuring the target set is achieved in accordance to the Management Objectives
To conduct sales activities and day-to-day Sales Administrative Functions
To effectively plan and solicit customers according to Database and Ares of Coverage
To maintain and develop good rapport with individuals and Business Associates.
To assist in vehicle registration, insurance, inspection and other functions with the relevant authorities
