Naza Kia Services Sdn Bhd (NKSSB) was fully operational in 1999, with its first outlet in Segambut, Kuala Lumpur. NKSSB is responsible for the after sales and service of Kia vehicles as well as to ensure your vehicle is at all times at its best.
In November 2000, NKSSB relocated to Setapak, followed by more branches were opened to cater for the growing needs of the customers. i.e Jalan Pahang, Puchong and Wangsa Maju service outlets.
NKSSB has established itself as a centre that provides valuable service to all Kia owners. Apart from the normal service and repairs, it also holds service clinics, mobile service teams for emergency situations and sales of the genuine parts.
Understanding the need to keep up with the rapid changes in technology, NKSSB has continuously invested in training. Staffs are constantly sent for courses and training locally and abroad to ensure they are updated with the current trends.
Due to the rapid expansion of Naza Kia Sdn Bhd, NKSSB has increased its service outlets by opening new outlets in Penang, Ipoh, Johor Bahru and Kuching. Present there are 14 Service Branches coupled with 77 Authorised Service Dealers and 37 spare parts stockists throughout the country.
NKSSB has also been certified for Quality Management System - ISO 9001-2000 by SIRIM on the 3rd June 2005, as to ensure our quality of service standard rendered are up to the customer's satisfaction.
Naza Kia Services headquarters is located in Menara Naza, Kampung Baru. It houses all the state-of-the-art facilities and also acts as the centre for parts, services and training for the whole organization.
